Refund Policy
Last Updated: [2026/07/18]
This page is a structural demonstration of a standard e-commerce Refund Policy. Every modern storefront needs clear guidelines on returns and cancellations. While you cannot actually return the imaginary "Broom Closet" or our placeholder "Pajama Set," this text serves to prove that your future policy will be cleanly formatted and easy for your real customers to read.
1. Physical Products (Demo Section)
In a live production environment, this section would outline your standard return window (e.g., 14 or 30 days) for physical goods. You would explain that items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include a receipt. Since our demo items are purely digital entities in a Drupal database, no physical shipping or returns will actually take place.
2. Bookings & Appointments (Demo Section)
Because the WT Commerce Suite handles hybrid carts, you would use this space to define your cancellation policies for hourly slots and nightly hotel rooms.
- Hourly Appointments: E.g., "Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance."
- Nightly Rentals: E.g., "Full refunds are provided for rooms canceled 7 days prior to check-in."
3. The Refund Process
When a refund is approved on a live WT Commerce site, the transaction is seamlessly managed through your Viva.com merchant dashboard. This placeholder paragraph demonstrates how you would explain the timeline for funds returning to the customer's credit card or bank account.
